Some of the properties managed
by HomeSuiteHome are undergoing a long-term
process of preservation,
restoration, and renovation. As a tenant, if you
are handy or a tradesperson, we
may be able to come to a mutually
beneficial arrangement.
With
some tenants in the past, we have
supplied paint, carpet, lino,
tile, moulding, and other
materials. The tenants in turn
supplied some of the labour. This
arrangement allows tenants some
opportunity to customize their
homes to their tastes.
